Learner Mentoring

“Good behaviour at all times will contribute towards maintaining the dignity and self-esteem of all members of our college community. A common understanding of what is meant by good behaviour is essential to establish and maintain an atmosphere of order and purpose which will help students develop self discipline. Ensuring good behaviour at all times fulfils the vision of our college, is essential for effective learning and teaching and enhances the quality of relationships found in our college, promoting mutual respect, courtesy, esteem, preparedness to listen and a happy and effective working atmosphere.”
 (BMCC Behaviour Policy)
Our Behaviour for Learning Mentoring Programme provides learners with the opportunity to build on positive behaviour characteristics recognise and take responsibility for behaviour that could have a negative effect on their emotional health and well being.
Our BFL Mentoring Programme can be found on our College Website within the Good Behaviour Policy.
